We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure each client is receiving true attention to detail with their event and design wishes as well as a feeling of connection amidst the entire process.
Wedding Floral Design: FULL-SERVICE
This style of service requires a minimum floral spend of $10,000+
We highly recommend enlisting the help of a wedding planner to kick off the conversation and coordinate the details for you. We typically provide florals for every key moment of your day—from personal florals and breathtaking ceremony designs to stylish cocktail hour accents, beautifully adorned reception spaces, and eye-catching statement installations.

The Full-Service Design TIMELINE
Here’s a general list of all the exciting moments to look forward to when investing in full-service wedding floral design:
1. Discovery Call with Ciara
2. Follow-up Email with suggested Options based on your "wish" list.
3. Confirmation of Floral Budget to ensure alignment with the quote and secure your event date.
4. Visual Design Proposal including color palettes, inspiration, sketches, and digital mock-ups.
5. Contract Signing & Deposit to finalize the booking.
6. Venue Walkthrough with your planner and vendor team.
7. Optional Mockup Session (hosted at your rental company showroom).
8. Design & Quote Finalization 2 months before the event.
9. Final Check-in 30 days before the event for last-minute additions and final deposit.
10. Time to Get Married!

Yes we do! We have in fact even done a few weddings out of state, including North Carolina, Oregon, and more!

Aha, trick question! We tell our clients to generally expect to pay no less than $10,000 for their florals on their wedding day. Almost always, our clients will hit that budget mark really fast once we start dreaming up ideas. This really comes down to our floral design aesthetic. We have a very natural and organic approach to floral design, with a seasonal twist!- this means using some truly unique florals that come at a higher price point, or sourcing from specialty growing farms whose ethics and business we really love to support. However, we never want to tell a client that they cannot afford our designs, so please still reach out if you are interested in having us design your wedding but need some ideas on where you can really focus your floral budget.

No, all of our vessels and vases are already included in the price point given in your proposal! Just remember- these are never to be taken home with you. We curate and source these specially from other ceramicists, artisans, and vendors and spend quite a bit of time preparing them to be worthy of holding your florals in them,
